I'm not sure, but I would guess that all of the AE_ALREADY_EXISTS exceptions are causing some confusion in the interpreter -- such that the Global Lock isn't getting released somewhere. These are serious errors, indicating some very bad ASL code, however. You might try getting a firmware upgrade to the latest for your machine.
