I found that after "org.kde.powerdevil.backlighthelper" activated this symptom
doesn't happen again after boot.

However, I couldn't find a way to activate "org.kde.powerdevil.backlighthelper"
service forcefully after boot.

I think "org.kde.powerdevil.backlighthelper" is activated some conditions meet.
(e.g. a user controls brightness)
