With the help of one guy (@loqs) from the Arch forum I was able to get a kernel build (6.8.9) with this patch included, source=( https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v${pkgver%%.*}.x/${_srcname}.tar.{xz,sign} $url/releases/download/$_srctag/linux-$_srctag.patch.zst{,.sig} '4926735.31r3eYUQgx@kreacher.patch::https://lore.kernel.org/linux-acpi/4926735.31r3eYUQgx@kreacher/raw' config # the main kernel config file With this custom Kernel I don't see errors anymore and at the first look everything is working as it should be.
