My apologies, I meant v6.14-rc3~41^2~4.

Also, users with the E560 experience the same issue, and this does the trick:
TPACPI_Q_LNV3('R', '0', '0', TPACPI_FAN_NOACPI); /* E560 */
Maybe you should add this to your patch too.
