Thanks for the guidance, Artem.

BIOS version is current (F.22, 2024-09 release), and the BIOS settings have now
been reset to defaults before testing.

I have tested both recommended ACPI OSI override variants:

1) acpi_osi=! acpi_osi="Windows 2022"
2) acpi_osi=! acpi_osi="Windows 2015"

Unfortunately, neither configuration allows the system to proceed past "Loading
initial ramdisk" — same behavior as with no flags.

Regarding acpidump:
The system freezes when ACPI is enabled, so I cannot collect acpidump directly
in a normal boot. I *can* run acpidump when booting with `acpi=off`, and I can
also use the UEFI shell method (acpidump.efi). Please confirm whether a dump
generated in `acpi=off` mode is still useful, or if the UEFI shell dump is
preferred. I am prepared to provide whichever format is needed.

For the debug log request:
I will capture output using:
    loglevel=8 acpi.debug_layer=0x2 acpi.debug_level=0x4
and will attach /var/log/dmesg (or serial console capture) on next reboot
attempt without any additional boot parameters.

Expected attachments next:
- acpidump output (UEFI shell if preferred)
- full dmesg log with debug flags enabled
