The patch logs all the reads/writes to the Link Control and L1 PM Substates registers. That should give us a clue why the L1SubCtl1 register of the wifi card is in this weird unconfigured state. Either BIOS didn't configure the register (as it used to do when AdriĆ collected the log output) or the kernel clears the register's configuration.
