If the OS/2 kernel *really* enforces a 0-15 IRQ level range then I'll
have a serious problem w.r.t. an ACPI/IO-APIC implementation that makes
sense. At present I am slowly progressing to a new ACPI.PSD which is
supposed to support IO-APIC mode on both UNI and SMP configurations
(may be NUMA, NUMA-Q and SUMMIT as well). Besides providing the ACPI
engine this is meant to enable using more than 15 IRQ level but rather
at least 24 - to take advantage of today's regular hardware.
