Yes, the NTFS does have the share permissions to that folder on the remote computer.

When I turn this off, I get the "You are not authorized to view this page" error.  I 
have my account set up as the Anonymous Access account, and I have the necessary 
priveldges to copy the files to the remote computer.

To be honest:  I am using a PDF component that does the save for me.  I just point it 
to the directory, and it saves to that directory.  Maybe I will try to create it on 
the local IIS machine and then copy it to the remote server and see if that matters 
using the CreateObject method.
