Users are in cars, outside the network, on a very slow connection. They would pull up a "daily report" of their calls, print them, then when they walk inside, they could just pull the report off the printer and hand it in with their paperwork. It's sort of a checklist of what they should be turning in. I don't mind creating the file and printing it afterwards, but not sure how to go about doing that.
