Hello Guys: Our company is considering developing / purchasing a Helpdesk system. We are not sure if we want to develop the application in-house, or purchase a system, but have begun the research phase of existing systems. Our requirements are that it must be a Web App, which is written in either ASP or ASP.Net and connects to a SQL Server database. I was wondering if anyone on the list has any recommendations or suggestions on products that would fit our requirements. Thanks for any help Andy
