That looked good. One thing that I would find helpful is an "insert image" pop-up that would allow you to browse to the file on your PC, upload it, and then insert the correct URL based on the pre-defined upload destination folder. I've seen some that had image browsers, but that only helps if you already have the image on the server. 99% of the time, the image is coming from the user's PC.
