Welcome aboard! :)

A great resource for .net information (that you can use while offline,
too!) is the asp.net ClassBrowser that is included in asp.net
WebMatrix ( http://asp.net/webmatrix/ ). Once you get Win2K or XP
installed and get a chance, install WebMatrix and play around inside
the ClassBrowser. It provides a ready guide to how to use all of the
objects and resources within the .net framework, and, though it's not
perfect (it can be stressful looking for the _best_ way to accomplish
something), it provides you with the exact methodology to do many
common things and work with the many exposed interfaces.
