If you mean the HTML you can generate that from inside your COM objects by
hooking into the Response object.

The problem with COM objects is that it is a deployment and maintenance
nightmare, more so if you generate your HTML from them as well.  Any change
whatsoever needs a re-compile and deploy.  Any changes in interface need
re-registration and all dependent objects redeployed too.
