This could be caused by a script timeout problem, insufficient resources, or a trapped error that is being recycled by IIS. Non-exhaustive list, of course. ;) Options to fix it include setting a longer script and session timeouts, using "on error resume next" and then, if that doesn't work, tell your host to add more ram.
