Safari v1.2.2 (v125.8) I think it's the latest one. 4D 2003.3 Latest release
I'll try with the latest beta version of ITK and report back to the list.

I 'occasionally' get missing images and sometimes the style sheets don't appear. I also have it where a a top frame doesn't appear.
A refresh in the browser 'normally' resolves the problem.
(In the activity window inside Safari it normally comes across as a 'Zero Byte Resource').
I ran into this problem myself -- almost every page would fail to load some page element. Either upgrading to the latest version Safari or upgrading to 4D 2003 solved the problem, I can't remember which.
