The discussion about what we're all using for our HTTP server got me thinking. Would it not be a cool thing, and a great performance improvement, if A4D actually integrated the HTTP layer into it directly?
You mean the TCP/IP layer. I'm doing the HTTP layer already.
Unfortunately I see little chance of that happening, since it has already been done and integrates quite well with Active4D. I would rather spend the time building end-user tools that ease and speed the process of development.
