I tried the basics demo (with 4D 2003) and it works!
I even test the cookies with
set response cookie ("A4D_Test_Cookie";"True") in the On session start method.
I did the same with the simpson demo (with 4D 2003 and 4D6.8)
and there is no cookie set.

Hmmmm...no redirect, no cookies...there is something very wrong with
your configuration. Is _anything_ working?
You need to see if the demo works (with 4D 2003), since that is my
"reference" system. If that doesn't work, we know the problem does not
lie with Active4D.
