Is anyone using 4D 6.5 and Active4D to handle HTTP uploads?
I have done it successfully, yes.
If so is there anything special you had to do to make it work?
No, just make sure you declare a BLOB variable in Compiler_Web that matches the name of the file upload field on your form.
