Actually, Tex-Mex in Santa Fe will be hard to find. "New Mexican" food is different. I grew up in Central Texas, but have lived in or around Santa Fe for the last 12 years. The New Mexican food is spicier. There are a number of good New Mexican restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. For that matter Summit attendees won't be lacking for good restaraunts.
