Which is crashing when it gets to the line:
$status:=A4D Execute 4D request ($2;$varNames;$varValues;$requestInfo;A4D_ResponseHeaderNames; A4D_ResponseHeaderValues;A4D_Response)
Compiled or uncompiled? If you are running compiled, 4D has a nasty habit of not correctly referencing plugins during compilation, leading to dangling references in the compiled code. I have had this reported several times by different people. Recompiling usually fixed the problem.
