It's a bug in Active4D. It may be annoying, but it's harmless. Just click Continue in the error dialog and everything will proceed normally.
When this error is shown, I can not connect to my pages, so I suppose that
this error is the problem.
Until I release a fixed version, you will have to use something other than Runtime to run Active4D.
