The folder AYSClientAccess is a sub folder of the main web root directory i.e the path is essentially "<structure directory>/web/AYSClientAccess". Despite this I have tried both with and without the leading "/" and still the same.
Like I said, please read (and think about) the comments in VirtualHosts.ini more closely (I have uppercased the key words):
`The Root should be a URL-style path. If it is relative (NOT beginning with '/')
`it is relative to the default directory, which is the DATABASE DIRECTORY under
`Standalone/Server, or the application directory under Client. The Default file
`should be a simple file name.
Notice it says DATABASE DIRECTORY, not WEB DIRECTORY. That's the point of VirtualHosts.ini -- you ARE defining the web directory.
If AYSClientAccess is in <structure directory>/web, the path in VirtualHosts.ini should be:
web/AYSClientAccess
