It was suggested to us to use your commands A4D Base64 encode & A4D Base64
decode to encrypt a password field. It seems to work fine when in 4D.
The commands do not seem to work in Client/Server mode (either on a mac or
windows client). The server is OSX. What am I doing wrong?
You are doing nothing wrong, unfortunately Active4D is totally deactivated when it is running on Client. I suppose there is no reason to deactivate those commands, but at the moment that's the way it is.
BASH has Base64 encoding/decoding.
