On Mac IE, it is still saving the file as "GetDocument.a4p" -but we ARE
talking about Mac IE. So unless you know of any other HTTP header that might
force this particular browser to behave itself, we're going to move on.
I would imagine Mac IE requires the headers to be in some particular order (which is of course a bug), but I have no idea what order.
For what it's worth, I do a browser check on all my sites and DO NOT allow Mac IE. It is utterly dead, buggy, unsupported technology, and there is no excuse for having to use it.
