What was weird was that I couldn't replicate the errors from work. However, in testing from home I am getting the errors.
The error that is being sent back is is worded:
"400 Bad Request
The request was not properly formatted."
We use WebSTAR and proxy through Rewrite. I examined Webstar's /error/400.html file and it doesn't display this text.
I also looked at our ITK server code and don't see where this would be generated.
Aparajita, can you verify if Active4D is sending this back?
The reason I ask is that since it worked on site but not "from outside" it could be that there is a web proxy in place that might be malforming the request. If that is the case I need to pursue that avenue.
FWIW, the same user has been using this system for months and routinely cuts/pastes large text blocks from Word. This is the first time she's experienced this error.
Active4D 3.0 4D Client 6.8.4 MacOS 10.2.8 WebSTAR 5.3.4
Thanks,
Brad
