In all cases the ip recently changed and we got licences for the new ip addresses, but we are unsure that the new licences have been correctly installed.
All sites are remote and in 2 we don't have remote access so we are relying on the local administrator to be our eyes and fingers.
Unfortunately, until we make a page that displays the licence details, we cannot be sure that a new licence has been installed correctly.

Does your 4D Active4D code give access to the preferences dialog? If so, the license information can be viewed there. Maybe your local administrators at the non-remote access sites could check this?
