Don't forget to declare you file upload variables! (Something you
don't have to do with ITK).
e.g. :
C_BLOB(iFileUpload1)
C_BLOB(iFileUpload2)
C_BLOB(iFileUpload3)
C_BLOB(iFileUpload4)
C_BLOB(iFileUpload5)

Yes, that's the only difference.
If you are using 2003.7 I would not hesitate to use 4D's web
server. Be aware that you will have to add /4DCGI to all of your
form actions if you are switching from ITK.
