The NavBar has a link <a http ref:"/goToSomePage.shtml">Link</a>
But "goToSomePage.shtml" is fake and doesn't exist. If someone
clicks on it, I want to change it into a proper link.
First I thought, ON REQUEST handler is the way to go, but I never
get there, I always get a 404.
The On Request handler is definitely being called if it is defined.
It would help if I saw the code in the handler.
