As long as you right-click to create the zip file(s) using Panther or Tiger and then unzip using Panther or Tiger, the resource fork will be properly handled. If you want to send me the files zipped from Tiger, I will test unzipping on Panther. It's obvious when it fails since a folder called __MacOSX (if memory serves) is created in place of the resource fork.
