where $totalprice is a Real variable:
write($totalprice;"$##,###,##0.00;-$##,###,##0.00;$0") `works
but
=($totalprice;"$##,###,##0.00;-$##,###,##0.00;$0") `does not
(Error: 'A ")" was expected.' )
Am I misreading the Docs or is this a bug?
Take a look at the parameter list for =, it differs from the write
commands.
