When we tried it was a simple upgrade from v3 to v4 of Active4D using
ITK. Once v4 was installed we could no longer get Active4D to work
correctly.

Do your current URLs have /4DCGI/ in them? You don't need them with
ITK and if they are present that might be part of the problem?
