So Golive and dreamweaver parse correctly the file and don't lose
coloring syntax.
I've used GoLive and added the file extension .a4d to map to text/
html and it parses fine. All the syntax coloring works too. I have
not had the same success with Dreamweaver.
Dreamweaver configuration files are on my site along with instructions.
