OK, I went back and ripped everything out with ITK or Active4D v4,
and reinstalled with the following.
Active4D v4.0.0rc4
4D v2003.6
ITK v2.6
Mac OSX 10.4.x
Safari 2.0.2
My deepest apologies...it turns out the ITK shell had the wrong
A4D_Init method, so the ITK listeners were not getting initialized.
That would explain why it didn't work!
I have uploaded a fixed version. Again, my deepest apologies for the
lost time and inconvenience. I am hanging my head in shame...
