I need to include common header, navigation & footer files(HTML)
that are
located on a remote server.
I tried including a .a4d file with the following but it does not work.

URL="http://stave.com/layout/main_leftside.html";>
Just as a general note to everyone, it is worth searching the mailing
list archives before asking on the list. I just searched the archives
for "remote include" and got quite a few helpful hints.
This topic has indeed been covered before, Brad's suggestions are the
way to go.
