Yep. Using 4D's web server and 4D Server 2004.3 (Active4D 4.0.2). Thanks
for the lead, but I have a feeling it might be more closely related to
what Aparajita suggested with the Content-Type header being badly
formatted. That scenario would certainly make sense: the content-type in
the header doesn't match the one in the body, so 4D can't properly parse
out the values. 

I won't know for sure until I track down one of their IT guys to run a
few tests for me, but I'm going to capture the raw requests and take it
from there.
