Wow. I'm way beyond my comfort level following the instructions:

http://developer.apple.com/internet/serverside/modssl.html

I am not sure that these instructions are correct but they seem correct for
installation of a trusted root certificate.

The uncertainty I am having is at the instructions in the web page:

Now find the "ServerName" directive and make sure it has 127.0.0.1 for it's
entry.

Using Terminal to run emacs to edit the httpd.conf file I can see document
that states that the server should be named 127.0.0.1 ONLY if it will be
used as a local server for development and testing.

I am trying to configure a server that will be used for serving an Active-4d
based web site.

Does that mean that I just leave the "ServerName" as it is within the
httpd.conf, or should I rename it to be the public IP address, or something
else?

THANKS MUCH!

David Ringsmuth
