for one site I'm using a "cookieless" approach. The query string variables don't get parsed and I'm getting this value into the form variable:

"/4dcgi/shop/Lieferant.html?Produktgruppe=2&sid=4199298A98DD380E"

instead of

Produktgruppe -> 2
sid -> 4199298A98DD380E

What could have went wrong?

A4D 4.0.2, MacOS 10.4.8, G5 PPC, 4D 2004.4r2,

If you're using Active4D 4.0.2, use ; as the query parameter separator, not &.

Aparajita,

changed it from "&" to ";" but it doesn't help. Here's what I get in "dump form variables":

<name of variable> <type> <value>

Produktgruppe Alphanumerisch(255) "/4dcgi/shop/Lieferant.html?Produktgruppe=4;sid=94D31C7A0692D269"

sid     Alphanumerisch(255)     "94D31C7A0692D269"

For me it looks like A4D is getting confused if a ";sid=<%sid%>" or "&sid=<%sid%>" is included.

Form action is: "/4dcgi/shop/Lieferant.html" (POST)
and
<input type="hidden" name="sid" value="94D31C7A0692D269" />

A workaround is parsing the value of "Produktgruppe".
