There are many options.
There is a plugin that you can install into Firefox called Live HTTP
Headers.

A similar tool for IE, is "iehttpheaders".

Firebug, again for Firefox, can also allow you to view the headers,
responses, etc. I use this in favor of Live HTTP Headers these days.

You also want to look at Fiddler which isn't Firefox specific. This is a
powerful tool.

use a tool like HTTPScoop to get the real reason. Sometimes
the A4D error message is hidden away from the browser.
