Look in the Active4D.ini file, in the FUSEBOX PAGE section.
"Sometimes you may want to allow special files, such as image.a4d, to
be executed directly
without going through the fusebox machinery. In such cases you can
add a whitelist
of one or more page names after the fusebox page, separated by a
vertical bar (|)."
