Tim and I have been working on this. We haven't got it totally working yet
and need to focus on some other things. If we get something working we'll
gladly offer some shell code.

A few things to note:

ITK and NTK are similar products and have similar but different command
sets. Some commands have similar names but are fundamentally different.
NTK isn't a direct replacement for ITK.

There are some ITK commands that aren't offered in NTK. Once you
understand how NTK works you'll realize you don't need them.

Don't try to directly adapt the ITK shell by replacing the similar NTK
commands. It won't work. Instead look at the NTK demo and work from there.
