Hi All,

We are avid Active4D users and are currently in the process of scaling
our systems up to handle approximately 10-20x the number of users we had
previously dealt with. Part of this has involved reviewing our
application code as well as putting together a reverse-proxy system to
handle static content. However, with a large additional influx of data,
we are now looking into upgrading our database engine to 4D v11 SQL.

While we will be certainly waiting until v 11.1 rolls out, we are trying
to set up a general timeline for this process. Back in October, there
was this post stating that the current Active4D version mostly likely
wouldn't be compatible with v11
(http://www.nabble.com/4D-V11-tt12913889s22836.html#a12913889). As our
application is entirely written in 4D/Active4D, this makes us rather
dependent on an upgrade.

Aparajita, I understand that you have had your hands tied with a bunch
of client work and the ongoing upgrades to ObjectTools. However, I was
wondering if there was a "Active4D Roadmap" available. We want to
continue using Active4D, but need some way to structure our ongoing
development processes. Do you have a general timeline (month, date,
etc.) for when a v11 *compatible* version of Active4D might come out?

W are most grateful for the Active4D platform, so if there is anything
we can do that will hasten the next version, please let us know! Perhaps
incessant messages to 4D asking them to sponsor Active4D's ongoing
development J Hey, they're missing out on a slew of license purchases!

Thanks for listening,

- Clayton
