We have several apps running on a server that need to have a large session timeout (60 min) because the users may stay on a screen typing essays.
But we have other sites that need to have a faster timeout. On these sites, can I use set session timeout for all these logins to voerride the system session timeout? Do I need, then, to send the command with every request to set it to the desired time, or with each request will it reset to the set upper limit? Are there any other caveats that I need to be aware of? And like abandon session, can I use A4D Execute Text and send it a specific session id to set timeout? Thanks much!
