I have noticed in that past that when I placed documents in my web
root
with pathnames greater than 80 characters, 4D Server would crash.
When I
commented out A4D_Init, server was fine. I suspect it has something to
do with the 4D plug-in architecture and long path names, but can't
confirm it.
It's a limitation in the file handling code in Active4D. It won't be
fixed until v5.
