As Mike mentioned I was also have some issues with the latest beta of Safari 4. Our issues resolved around using the EXT-AJAX libraries. It simply would not load the EXT objects on screen. Found that by changing the User Agent all started to work again. You might try changing the User Agent to say Safari 3.2 Mac or another one to see if that clears up the problem.
