Using Mac 10.5.8 with 4D 11.5 and A4D v5r11 The v5 docs say this:
The <4D shared licenses>/com.aparajita/Active4D folder. The 4D shared licenses folder is the folder which is returned by Get 4D folder(Licenses folder) within 4D. For the location of this folder, please refer to the 4D documentation for the Get 4D folder command. Which, I think, means this folder on the Mac: /Library/Application Support/4D/Licenses/com.aparajita/Active4D When starting the 4D, the A4D log file (which, by the way, is awesome with all the internal workings info it provides) says this: Active4D: [info] license: searching for key file in /Library/Application Support/4D/com.aparajita/Active4D Active4D: [info] license: found key file in /Library/Application Support/4D/com.aparajita/Active4D/Active4D.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.key So it appears that the 4D License folder is not being searched, but the one above it.
