No because that is something that I believe is only applicable to
the 4D Web Server shell. We don't have that in our 4D 2003 shell.

It is not explicitly set, but should default to "false".

Setting it to 'true' didn't solve the problem.

Setting it to 'form variables' didn't solve the problem.
