Absolutely. I've tried serving a simple skeleton executable page (almost no executable code at all) and it ran fine till the 8 hour timeout (7 hours 38 minutes).
I'll mark up a suitable test page with a couple of queries and run another test on that.
Strangely, my customer * isn't * having this problem - their server also fails but with different symptoms. Every 24 hours or so, it seems to jump out of the logging block call chain leaving a local semaphore hanging & requiring a restart. I haven't attempted to reproduce their problem until I resolve my own one since I suspected they might be different symptoms of the same problem.
Luckily I have a spare couple of PCs available, they just run this test (with different conditions) day and night :)
