The main reason we haven't upgraded is that we're making a big jump to  
the current version of 4D later this year, and we don't like to run  
through upgrade/validation cycles very often when everything's  
working. We have a very small team and upgrades can take a long time  
to test out!

We'll be upgrading to 4D 2012 and Active 4D 5 this year though.
