Saw the same shortly after you've sent you initial email and thought: "Hmm, shop probably broke after the first purchases and you are busy fixing the bugs. So don't generate additional stress on the programmer by posting the issue." ;-) If I'd known, you simply forgot to pull the maintenance off switch, I had sent an alert sooner.
