If you take the time to carefully read the introduction to the Command Reference, the structure of the chapter should be pretty clear. I specifically say that "Unless indicated by the formats noted below, they [the supported 4D commands] take the same parameters and work exactly as they do in 4D." If you looked at the list closely, you will notice that most of the commands are NOT formatted, meaning they are supported and work as they do in 4D, and thus are NOT documented elsewhere. The commands in the Active4D section are specific to Active4D or are 4D commands that act differently in Active4D. ORDER BY FORMULA works as it does in 4D, thus it will not appear in the "Query" section, nor in the index (which is for Active4D-specific or enhanced 4D commands), but only in the list of supported 4D commands. Finally, there is a reason I made the documentation into a PDF: so it could easily be searched. If you had searched for "order by formula" you would have immediately seen it in the list of supported 4D commands.
